Starting August 1, 2025, low-dose Cannabinoid Edible products can begin production; however, will not be making an appearance on dispensary shelves until later in August 2025. This smoke-free option provides a vast array of beneficial attributes from the traditional marijuana flower and contain several potent and effective qualities of the marijuana plant. These edible products are a full-spectrum soft lozenge or “gummy” in a geometric square shape that are intended to be ingested orally. Made from Pure Dakota Oil, the maximum concentration or amount of THC permitted in a serving of Cannabinoid edible product is 5mg and in a package is 50mg. While these products fall under the 6000mg extract allotment, a 310mg per day purchase limit has also been instituted.
