A typical day at work begins and ends with being there for the people in our community. Working to assist individuals with understanding how Cannabis works and what options could potentially be best for assisting with their symptoms is generally how the job goes. One of the best parts of the job is getting to learn the ins and outs of Cannabis, as a medicine, so that we can provide our patients with that knowledge. The workplace culture is awesome! I did not expect anything less then a friendly upbeat environment where everyone shares a common passion for Cannabis. One of the most challenging parts of the job is having to deal with strict government oversight and ensuring that the patients understand the rules of the Medical Program.
This place is a great place to work. Flexible schedule, though you do have to be full time which helps having fellow coworkers who are in it fully. Management is the best I’ve had at any job. They expect you to work but not kill yourself for the company.
Working with patients and helping them feel more comfortable with their medication has been so fulfilling for me.
